Toyota Connect application can be used by all Toyota vehicle owners (Existing as well as new).

After downloading the app, in the login page you can select “new user registration”. You can register into the application by using either your Toyota vehicle registration number or the VIN/Chassis number and the registered mobile number

The VIN/Chassis number can be found on:
  • Vehicle sales invoice
  • Vehicle service invoice
  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)

In such case you can recheck the number entered and try again or you can visit your nearest Toyota dealer for support.

You can click on the “Forgot Password” link in the login page of the application to generate a new password.

Yes, you can go to My Profile and use the Add Car function to manage multiple vehicles.

In case you have changed to/bought a Toyota vehicle, you need to register into the application again with the new vehicle details. The previously registered ID will become invalid

You can call our premium 24*7 operator service, conveniently request and receive any destination related information directly to your Toyota connect Navigation. The Operator service number is toll free hence no charges are associate with it

Yes. In order to receive destination information from operator service, map download is necessary.

You can book a service appointment by clicking on My Toyota and selecting the Service Appointment option. Appointment confirmation is subjected to availability of service bays. Once the appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message in your inbox. However, the dealer will call you back for rescheduling and cancellation.

Yes, customers can raise a request for an appointment at any time, given car-in and car-out time mentioned by the customer is within dealer working hours. However, the customer receives a confirmation message during dealer call-center working hours.

Customers can use Credit cards, Debit cards, Net‐Banking, AMEX cards, and Wallets like PayTM, Vodafone M‐Pesa, Airtel Money, mRupee. Wallets will have maximum transfer limit of Rs.10000/‐.

The previous application has been integrated with Toyota Connect app to provide a single stop solution. The previous RSA application will be discontinued. You can remove the previous application and download the new Toyota connect app.
